| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to find out the characteristics of the residential area which was developed for the single detached houses, formed by the Land Redivision Project, and located on the south of the Hangang(river). On the basis of my assumption that the transformation of urban residential area for single detached houses are caused by the urban housing regulatory system, I've studied residential area from 1970's to 2004 in relation with urban regulatory system. For this purpose, I've divided my study into three parts : on the change of urban housing regulatory system, on the transition of esidential area in relation with housing block structure and housing,??and on the analysis of the relations of the two. Finally on the possibility and limitation of regulatory system to redevelop better residential area. |
