Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the flexural behaviour of reinforced concrete members using epoxy panel strengthened by CFS(Carbon Fiber Sheet). The variables are the ratios of tensile reinforcement(ρmax, (ρmax+ρmin)/2, ρmin), strengthen amounts of carbon fiber sheet to the nominal flexural strength of specimens(0, 10, 20, 30%), and loading types(static, fatigue). Through the tests, we examine about failure mode, load-displacement relationship, moment-curvature relationship, flexural strength, flexural stiffness and ductility with these variables. The results of this study are as follows: The values of flexural strength and stiffness of all specimens are well agreed with that of the proposed strength equations. The ductility increase at the lower ratio of tensile reinforcement. Also, we obtained good bond performance between reinforced concrete member and epoxy panel strengthened by CFS through fatigue loading test.
