Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the components of success, architect-engineer's role and relationship, and other conditions on the monumental architecture. Those building's characteristics are unique, platonic solidity, super scale and impressive expression of structure which overcomes a technical challenge. Site the condition which is special in necessity such as waterfront. The results of this study were as follows; Factors of success is that architect and engineer have to work closely in developing designs from early concept stage to the construction. Successful integration and partnership between architect-engineer is set up a equivalent creation contribution to the design process and equal responsibilities for the new architecture. At the same time, administrator's role is so important who arrange social conflict and process the complex procedure. It applies the specialty technology of contiguity field. Standardizes an member with the unit body and with pre-fabrication to lead it used the method which it assembles from site. Different condition one consideration to do in duration and cost escalation necessity is point.
