| Abstract |
Nowadays, a source of all water, which has been spent by a lot of people, is the rainwater. The rainwater is directly relating human being' life. According to how to use rainwater,??Human being' life is abundant or poor. Due to the lack of underground filtration quantity, the water circulation of the city is discontinued and the underground ecosystem is destroyed. Therefore, the natural space has disappeared and it is presently raising its head with social problem. The new regulations of water service were released by Ministry of Environment in Korea, which was recognized of the necessity of rainwater' use, so that the foundation of equipment to use rainwater facilities was imperative. According to the new regulations of water service, the facility to use rainwater is available to In-Cheon, Su-Won, Jeon-Ju, Dae-Jeon, Je-Ju Worldcup stadium at the present time. In this study, it is investigated that the actual conditions of the facility to use rainwater and to analyze aneffect from Worldcup stadium.
