Abstract The purpose of this study is to reduce the cost of high-flowability concrete by making two-component high-flowability mortar as a binder composed of blast furnace slag and recyclable cement which is made of concrete powder in waste construction, and by examining the practicality through the physical properties experiment of high-flowability mortar. ??As the result of the experiment, we confirmed high-flowability and compression strength for high- flowability concrete with?? applicable recyclable cement, made of waste concrete in construction materials. Indeed, it is considered that capitalizing on waste construction materials bring about the cost reduction in construction. Therefore, a variety of applications to construction sites will be possible. In this study, as a part of the practicality of recyclable concrete, high-flowability concrete which has high-flow capacity with the object of construction cost-down and the deterioration of unnecessary high-strength, we would examine the practicality of high-flowability concrete used recyclable cement.
