| Abstract |
Qualitative management structure of construction companies in Korea are relatively inadequate in comparison with quantitative growth. To improve qualitative management structure, we need to make impartial performance measurement system which arouse participants responds. It is important to select and decide performance measurement index to company and participants. And it is also important to take the weights. For that, we figure out the weights of performance measurement index with BSC(Balanced Score Card). To find out the characteristics of the weights which was classified according to size of the construction company, we analyse and compare with each weights. The result of this paper will contribute to operate performance measurement system that make raise efficiency and maximize the performance of companies. |
