| Abstract |
Construction supervision system was introduced in the domestic construction industry in 1962. At this time construction supervision system has been carried out by architects. And it has not been separated the public sector and the private one. Especially, government has putted in operation the supervision systems for the improvement of quality and the prevention of fraudulent work in public construction projects in 1994. However, there are many problems of the supervision systems in the view point of the practical operation ; the problems of supervision scope, supervisor assignment, supervision work in the public construction projects. Therefore, this paper suggested the improved plan of the public supervision system ; the suggestion for the application of Various supervision system, the development of supervisor, and the detail services of the supervision system of in construction. |
