Abstract |
In current, Apartment Reconstruction Projects are performing based on the profitability without setting up either a certain criteria or standard guideline. The information of the disposal plan, which has been given by reconstruction union or construction contractor, is just a simple anticipation, therefore it is common to be changed during the period of reconstruction projects. In other words, the reliability of expected results basically have a limitation because of expected results on the profitability changed according to the floating situation in the reconstruction projects. In order to overcome the limitation that a definitive approach has and obtain the reliability and accuracy of the anticipation on profitability of reconstruction projects, the relationship between profit and risk related to the variables must be structured to confirm them after figuring out the variables that could affect the profitability of reconstruction projects. The new model thinking of both profit and risk simultaneously can be expected not only to improve the reliability and accuracy of anticipated results, but to apply to the decision making criteria about potentially hidden risks in the project. |
