Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the structure of the space sequence of the Contemporary art museums experiencing Placeness. The experience of place is related to the human body, thus the experience of place in architecture occurs through the experience of space in relation to the human body. The placeness is the consequence of the process of perception, and the experience of place is the sequence of space based on the narrative structure of language. The sequenceof space is based on the affordance theory. The experience of the space, based on the movement of the body and the method of the view, is the consequence of space perception, realized by the sequence of space in architectural structure. therefore, the sequence of the space experiencing placeness in the contemporary art museums are divided into the sequence of the space emphasizing the experience of the human body, the sequence of the space emphasizing the visual experience, and the complex sequence of the space of the human body and views.
