| Abstract |
To solve the global environment and energy problems caused by rapid industrialization and urbanization, many countries have tried to find various methods for the environmentally sound and sustainable development. Now, the environmentally advanced countries including our country are assessing environmental performance of buildings by using their assessment tool. The purpose of this study is to assess case study by using domestic and foreign Green Building Certification Criteria, compare and analyze assessment results and improve domestic Green Building Certification Criteria. In the assessment results of case study by domestic and foreign Green Building Certification Criteria, acquired scores are 91.2 points for GBCC, 2.6 points for GBTool2005 and 3.8 points(BEE) for CASBEE. And ratio of acquired scores to total scores is 67.1%, 52%, 76% respectively. |
