Abstract The purpose of this thesis is suggesting the standard for approximate quantity of framework is reflected various factors and property can be influenced to framework quantity of apartment housing. It can be used the way of decision making fast and high reliable in the preliminary stage of a project. So, the historical data of 49 building 3,166 department designed or constructed from 2000 to 2004 is collected. Historical data is the design quantity of reinforced, form and concrete, and the standard of approximate quantity is suggested as the arithmetical average for total area of apartment. Error data is inferred from scatter diagram and heptagram for examining the 49 historical data, and the data is confirmed as a reliable standard by the result of regression analysis with using SPSS 10.0 program. The arithmetical average of the quantity of reinforced, quantity of formwork and quantity of concrete for total area of apartment is concluded as 75.83~76.73kg/㎡, 5.55~5.57㎡/㎡ and 0.65~0.68㎥/㎡ respectively. The result by historical data of good quality except for error data in this process is collected as the standard of approximate quantity of this study, and the estimated Equation is inferred in plan type and part of apartment housing.
