Abstract In this study, spatial analysis tool in respect of visibility is developed. It aims to predict space use efficiency of multi-complex building. Its procedure is as follows; Firstly, the visibility graph of spatial structure should be constructed. Secondly, Integration and Visibility ERAM of visibility graph is calculated using computer application. In order to analyze correlation between analysis tool and actual space use, the movement of COEX mall is surveyed during on 24-28 May 2005. The result of VGA analysis shows a good correlation between Integration(3) and the pedestrian movement. Also, the result of Visibility ERAM analysis shows a good correlation between Visibility ERAM(3) and the pedestrian movement. According to the result of this study, it can be said that spatial analysis using visibility of space seems to be a powerful tool for space usage efficiency check in multi-complex buildings.
