| Abstract |
This study aims to propose the Linked development process for the urban improvement project and renewal methods in Korea through analysis of the case studies in Japan.
As a result, Japan has established the development pattern of linkage in the urban improvement project to deal with social demands through amplification of many project methods coping with separately and using the each project method depend on regional characteristics. Moreover, 5 urban improvement principles have established and various improvement. Therefore, the setting network between nearby neighbourhood districts and improvement of living environment step by step could be alternations to Korea where bulldozed development has happened. Those alternations are the adoptable models of development project linkage that improve regions with considering surrounded physical and social environment comprehensively. |
