| Abstract |
Characteristics of contemporary lives and cultures, and the problems from development in various types of building materials has placed interior environment section in very important position among Green Building Certification System criteria. Therefore, this study analyzed the Seoul Joong-Ang Postoffice which received pre-certification in environmentally-friendly building certification, and analysis of LEED and BREEAM was focused on interior environment. Evaluation items and standards were applied in analysis, and the differences between the written and the actual were compared. Characteristics and differences in each evaluation item were able to analyzed. Therefore, based on such analysis, the direction for development of evaluation items in indoor environment was proposed. |
