| Abstract |
The application of information technologies such as web-based databases, wireless communications, and mobile devices is being expanded in construction industry. However, when actually applied to the construction field, the application has had limitations to operate satisfactorily. For this reason, this study is to establish integrated management system for management of retaining wall movement data. To achieve this aim, this study used state-of-the-art information technology(IT) such as personal digital assistants(PDA), Internet, sensing technology, and data warehousing. The results of this study will improve the safety of excavation work, reduce the management expenses of construction project, help the maintenance of construction filed and head office, and reduce the civil appeals. |
