Abstract The past main curriculums of medical education mainly depended on Subject Based Learning system. But SBL has been changed to a new education system in recently years, it's 'Problem Based Learning'. In SBL system, teaching is considered as one of the significant activities in education. But, PBL is defined as a process of acquiring understands, knowledge, skills and attitudes in the context of unfamiliar situation.
The changes of medical eduction system needs new paradigm on the facility programming in medical schools. Particularly the facility for Objective Structured Clinical Examination should be proposed in a national scale. The purposes of this study is to deal with design for OSCE facility. For the purposes, this study was carried out comparative analysis about space features of OSCE facilities from internal and external examples.
