| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to find the direction of improvement of Steel House residents in Korea and search improvement necessity factors and improvement directions. Furthermore, this study would provide residential environment that residents want and construction workers could use this POE results when they build Steel House to develop Steel House in domestic house market. ??For this study, first, the residents' satisfaction factor survey is conducted and the data is analyzed with SPSS 12.0 Windows. Second, improvement priorities researched by SPSS analysis are verified by Covariance Structure Analysis. ?? In the improvement priorities of Steel House, Construction quality and economics precedes all others and sound interception, indoor air, inside-outside material, shape and space composition are followed. |
