Abstract The Mother nature always keeps its orders before humans recognize things. The recognition of natural orders is a key point of beinning and completion for culture over arts and philosophy, mathematics, science, etc. The purpose of this study is to design the plant museum emphasizing on significance of flowering plants and its order. Plants are an important element of culture as a part of nature and can stimulate the mental value in arid days. For this study, the golden proportions, which has been regarded as the most ideal ration on arts through history is adopted to abstract a principal for logical design. The other important factor for design are characteristic of plant and site. The feature of the site can be summarized with horizontal and vertical expansion of a space, movement of a stream and levels. The charcteristic of plants can be summarized as a live biological matter. It can be formed to a new species through the mating sum and gene manipulation by a generation of a compunction. And it can be created by the system of the golden ratio. These external elements are enabled to setting up a logical function of design and a change of various forms as they decided the area of the vertical and horizontal derection, thransformation axial and a positon of the volume and transparency. The design has completed with figure, volume, plan, section, structure study on the base of golden proportion and characteristic of plant and site.
