| Abstract |
This analysis is to study current situation of the public facility planning in the recent cases of the Residential Mixed-use Tall buildings in Korea. Unlike the Apartment case, the public facilities in the Residential Mixed-use Tall Buildings has not been specifically controlled by the Building Codes. However even in this legally unbound condition, its actually planning shows more welcoming responses from the residents in those buildings. This analysis is focused on this situation by comparing the situation to the ones in the Apartment case with their legal implementation and actual uses of the facilities. |
