| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to analyze the policy of urban development and inner city regeneration in US and suggest a planning strategy for implementation of urban regeneration initiated by the public and private partnership. This result of reviews is synthesized and used to suggest the major strategies and guidances for the future urban regeneration relating to the concepts of growth management, smart growth, sustainable growth & new urbanism. |
