| Abstract |
The social consensus on the importance of science technology and engineering has been building up, and consequently many policies concerning the encouragement of science, technology and engineering are being introduced by the government, enterprises and academics. As most of these policies are macroscopic this research looks into the industry to suggest more practical and microscopic policies. Specifically, the qualitative innovation method in terms of integration of design and engineering were induced by examining exemplary foreign cases. And through speculation policies were suggested in terms of institutional regulation within our country's engineering industry that should be abolished, education policies concerning industry-academic cooperation and the structure of government organizations. |
