| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to survey the residents' satisfaction on environment-friendly planning elements in the apartment complex certificated by GBRS(Green Building Rating System) and to suggest the planning elements which should be first considered to proliferate environment-friendly apartments. For this purpose. the classification system of environment-friendly planning elements and the related factors were composed, based on the precedent papers on the planning elements. This study has been focused on selecting the green apartment complexes certificated by GBRS and analyzing the factors that influence on the residents' satisfaction with the planning elements. The samples were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 Windows. |
