| Abstract |
Feasibility analysis is a crucial key to success or failure of the housing project. Many studies have been executed in qualitative element which includes decision-making process or prediction of housing market. But it is difficult to find economic analysis related to characteristics of planning. Recent requirement of purchaser makes the planning element monetarily valuable. Existing feasibility analysis in construction company is based on intuitive approach rather than systematic approach. So, the purpose of this study is to analyze the statistical propensity of financial analysis item. |
