| Abstract |
The global energy and environment problems gave rise to environmentally friendly architectural concept, and now the environmentally advanced countries are assessing environmental performance of buildings by using their assessment tool. Also our country is enforcing Green Building Certification Criteria(GBCC) for multi-unit residential building, mixed-use dwellings, office and school and GBCCs for stores and accommodations are under development.
The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze foreign GBCCs with a domestic GBCC integrated from four GBCCs for four uses(multi-unit residential building, mixed-use dwellings, office, school), grasp concrete assessment system and improve domestic GBCC. |
