Abstract The objects of this paper is to propose a requirement priority type of residents for residential environmental performance assesment criteria items in the interior space, which provides from collecting materials in the name of 'sustainable residential building studies'. The main results of this paper are as follows;
1. The estimated interior environmental performance assesment criteria items deriving from domestic?abroad case studies are arranged water, green, lighting, heating, air-clean up, sound, universal design. 2.One of the principal goals of Environmental Friendly Residence((EFR) is 'energy-problem solving', which is transacted between behavior and environment based on occupant's attitudes by Q learning algorithm(sustainable involvement of residents).It is estimated by total points in amenities?environmentally friendliness?sociabilities of a resident within certain area. 3. Recently the important requirement types of occupants are 'certainty of using residence materials for human health?safe environment', 'spatial composition in interior space' from residential Environment Performance Assesment Criteria. Consequently, EFR need priority types in interior space of residents are preferred to energy-save, maintenance-easy, low emission of air infection in ordinally by social research(Pusan Area). And interior planning techniques in EFR are arranged under the relation of construction types from the beginning suitable area characteristics.
