Abstract |
The quality of university education is in large part dependent upon the quality of campus facilities. And also the cost of education is in large part dependent upon the qualitative level of campus facilities. Academic plan of university, campus master plan and facility planning for the implementation of academic program will be erected hierarchically and improve the environmental quality of education systematically and economically.This study is focused on definition of facility demand management problems and customization of FMS function to solve them. Facility demand management is not general program module but customized function of FMS because it can not be implemented without integrating data and information. So this study proposed a conceptual model of customized FMS to implement facility demand management. It will be useful supporting system of decision making for campus facilities to use this model related to secondary data such as utilization rate and occupancy rate of space etc. |
