Abstract |
In this research we measured the relationships between the housing values and Perceptive Values for apartment complexes. Some of the most important factors in choosing housing facilities and the price one pays for housing were set as the evaluation criteria. Using them, we derived the relationship between the difference in them and Degree of Satisfaction. We employed the NCSI evaluation method which was currently in worldwide use for the evaluation of various products and service. The results of this research showed that, when we evaluated Degree of Satisfaction of the Residents in various itemized categories, the difference between the evaluation criteria and Perceptive Value suggested by the residents affects strongly Degree of Satisfaction for the complex. In conclusion, the competitive power of the housing industry would become more and more intensified as the level of Perception of the Residents was set closer to the criteria for the importance set by the consumers. |
