Abstract |
To analyze the behaviors of a beam-direction frame of traditional wood structure system, an macroscopic analytical model is suggested based on experimental studies. The interior frame of Daewoongjeon of Bongjeongsa is selected as a model, which has two short exterior columns and one high inside column. 1/2 scale down frame model is tested, in which lateral drift is applied at high inside column. Shear and rotational spring coefficients of macro model are derived from the experiments of 1/2 scaled Gongpo and Goju subassemblies of the frame which have been tested before the frame experiment. The relation of load and displacement of spring is presented by bilinear model. Springs and elastic beam element are used to model the beam-direction frame. And pushover analysis are performed considering strength degradation of springs. From comparisons, the analysis of proposed model shows a good correspondence with the experiment within 2% story drift. |
