| Abstract |
Apartment housing has limits to improve the function or performance due to discordance with various components though it takes a structural safety. Recently, remodelling would be shown up a effective alternative to get over the further disadvantages, but it needs previously to settle the socio and economic problems.
Technical approach for the life cycle of housing should be required to mend or change the components by the function or performance. In addition, it requires to provide the repair hierarchy in the housing components to easily repair and manage the housing. This paper aimed at proposing the repair hierarchy in the components by repair cycle and repair scope. This study shows that the repair cycle of the housing components is classified into every 5 year. The time of a partly repair scope is similar to that of the whole repair at components such as tile work, board work and paper work. |
