Abstract |
The demand for Intelligent Building is rapidly increasing as a result of constant research and technical development. Nonetheless, the economic analysis on the intelligent building project using the life cycle cost analysis has not been systematically studied. Especially, the researches related to the classification of intelligent buildings based on an intelligent building integration as well as the economic evaluation in terms of the classification of intelligent buildings have not been progressively developed. Therefore, two candidate projects built by a non-integrated system and partial integration system are selected in this paper. The life cycle costs (LCC) of the two candidate projects are estimated. The result indicates that the partial integration system is more efficient than the non-integrated system in terms of the reduction of LCC. |
