Abstract The purpose of this paper is impotance-performance analysis of the company housing in Yosu city. For the object, in this study, we obtained questionnaire data from 359 resident at company housing in Yosu city. In the test, we surveyed and analysed them with an action grid. The results of this study were as follows; The good elements, wished to maintain, were the ventilation, the sunlight, the noise, the view, the direction, the dwelling layer, the natural friendship, the parking facility, the playground for children, the landscape architecture, the athletic facility, the sidewalk, the education environment and the surroundings environment. Elements that require a heavy effort were the living room size, the welfare facility, the commercial quarter, the public transportation, the downtown distance, the market distance, the public facilities distance, the attending school distance attending office distance. Elements which have low priority were the housing plan, the number of bathroom, housing size, the number of room, room lighting, elevator and stairs, windows and doors, interior design, the exterior of building. Elements which could be inevitably overkilled were the easy of housing care, the size of main bedroom, landscape of apartment, topography of site, density of apartment, size of apartment, outdoor lighting.
