| Abstract |
This research has defined the concept of Biotope-Area-Factor and the space type which leads classifying on-site investigation. Also, it systematized the methodology which set up the weight of Biotope-Area-Factor. For that reason, this research has a scientific meaning and value. Especially, the precedence research for the classification of a space type is depend on reference research. But this research has a large meaning with the on-site results of 43 block units and 20 site units investigations; which were complemented on the assumption that practical use of city planning and a construction plan dimension. Above all, it is the most important outcome ; the proposal of the methodology which sets up the weight of Biotope-Area-Factor and the weight which reflect the specialist opinion and present knowledge level. |
