Abstract |
It is necessary to correspond to building users' claims rapidly as much as possible in order to satisfy user's need, because the final tarket of building maintenance service is user of building. The purpose of this paper is to analyze state of users' claim and service time of office building maintenance system whether maintenance system correspond to claims efficiently or not. As a result, service time which is elapsed from claim arrival to its service's finish is as follows ; percentage of 30 minutes or under is 71.4 % and that of 30 minutes over is 28.0 %. And, overlapping time of inter-arrival which is performed from one's claim to the other's claim is as follows; percentage of claims' overlapping is 12.5 % and that of not claims' overlapping is 87.5 %. And, distribution of number of claim arrival and number of claim service follows Poisson distribution. |
