Abstract |
The daylight responsive dimming systems have been developed, but have not much used due to the insufficient data and uncertainty of initial investment to the systems. Therefore, this study developed the control software of daylight responsive dimming systems which can be a part of central lighting control systems. Using this software, system calibration and operation can be performed. The energy savings prediction software were also developed to predict energy saving potentials of the systems. The luminous flux transfer method using the finite elements was implemented in this software, which can calculate the illuminance values of electric lighting and daylighting, and energy savings. In addition, the accuracy of this software was verified through the comparison of calculated illuminance values using Lumen-Micro 7.1. |
