| Abstract |
Now in 2005, the number of handicapped people has increased nearly four times during last 8 years into 17millions throughout the country. The aging society is also increasing the number of handicapped people. Along with this situation, the number of rehabilitation facilities for the handicapped has also increased four times during last 5 years to 125 places. However the manual of the facilities is not organized inconsistently. also the difference between the actual space and the program is causing inconvenience to the users.
So, we are going to research on the actual status of the rehabilitation facilities for the handicapped in Seoul and Kyung Gi Do. There will be two kinds of method. One will be observation research on facilities and another will be survey from the users of the facilities and programs. Based on this data, this research leads the problems of utilizing the facilities by analyzing the request of programs and facilities, managed in the place of users. Then, this research analyzes problems and suggests alternatives of the facilities as well as programs in users' place. |
