Abstract Even though governmental policies about housing have been changed, the houses in middle and small sized cities as well as Urban - Rural Integration Region are more unbalanced in quality than the Capital Region. Especially the housing development of Urban - Rural Consolidated Region is not adequate to character of a region and demands of residents so it is showed to be more poor in level of residence than urban.
It is motivated to increasing small an apartment complex in semi agriculture area because there are not alternatives of a residential model which is suitable for character of a region. Also thoughtlessly, building an apartment brings about troubles among residents as well as destroys a garden city.
Therefore, in this study I will grasp some problems about housing developments in Urban-Rural Integration Region and analysis characteristics of residents like as a zone of life and characteristics for people of every class. So It aimed at present way to develop a housing which is suitable for Characteristics of Urban-Rural Integration Region.
