Abstract The purpose of this study is for the suggestion about planning typology of inter-residential site for integration development in large-scale housing development. In spite of residential site has a multi functions as an organism with continuity and networking, it is a separated part in urban space with site unit-oriented.
The results of the study about inter-residential site and planning typology are follow. Firstly, amendment of regulations about urban planning and architecture should be attempt in inter residential site for integration urban space. Secondly, improvements of planning system are demanded the integrations in upper and lower planning on the land use, region unit development and site planning etc. Thirdly, planning methodology should be cultivated for the advance to border of residential site that is designing toward site unit-oriented for efficiency of constructions. Though case study, it is investigated that residential space is organized as an integration system in the wholeness of urban space with spontaneity.
