| Abstract |
The form work (1/4 among total construction period) occupies an important portion of construction because expense of form work occupies 10-15% of total construction expense, and form work has an influence on workability, economical efficiency and safety of total construction. This study aims to find the accident causes of form work (17.4% among total construction accidents) by researching past serious accident documents (1992-2002). Thus this study analyzed every accident of form work process: work, manufacture, transport, cure, and dismantlement classified causes. This study performed quantitative causes analysis of form work according to work types of form work with the basis of analyzed data, using FTA(Fault Tree Analysis : below FTA) which is deductive reasoning method because of the prevention of form work accident. |
