| Abstract |
Many performance measurement systems (PMS) have been used as effective tools in evaluating management performance, managing human resources, monitoring strategic result. Before 1990s, most of the companies had measured their performance from the financial perspective. However, in recent days, using balanced performance measurement technique, non-financial elements are included in measuring their performance. Nevertheless, most construction companies still depend mainly on financial performance in measuring their organizational performance because of the complexity in measuring purpose of overall management. Recent studies develop many performance measurement system included various perspectives. And BSC performance measurement system is proved effective tool for measuring performance of construction companies . In order to use of performance measurement system more effectively, development of web-based performance measurement system is required that developing web-based performance measurement system. This study suggests WPMS(web-based performance measurement system) based on BSC(Balanced Scorecard). WPMS can be used a effective tool for measuring performance. |
