Abstract |
This paper considered the situation of the school building facilities in the university campus classified into single campus, main campus and sub campus. Data were collected from 224 universities campus of 180 4 year colleges. The results are as follows: 1) The main campus has much larger superficial floor area than any other campuses owing to having lots of students, but the sub campus having small students has the largest substantial floor area size. Therefore the number of student is important element for deciding the floor area size of school building facilities. 2) Considering the relation between the number of students and the floor area of the school building facilities by simple linear regression analysis, the floor area of the school building facilities increases at the rate of 16.35㎡ in single campus and 24.36㎡ in main campus. However, the number of student have not much influence on the floor area of the school building facilities in sub campus. 3) The total mean fidelity of campus studied, is about 76.65%, therefore there are lots of the insufficient floor area that should be supplemented from now on. Especially the fidelity of main campus is low. this results from the deficient site for constructing the school building facilities. |
