The handicapped was offered convenient Facilities by the Welfare Law for the handicapped in 1989. The exterior ramp was appeared for handicapped in 1993. but, because short of a care for the building inside, there is not enough a relation to a apartment unit. As a result, Not that convenient facilities is not a thing for handicapped but that it's specified in the law, so there is indisposition to traffic line relation.
This research examines with link of traffic line from entrance to unit as research about convenient facilities of apartment housing for the handicapped.
