Abstract This study deals with the evaluation of tensile strength according to jointing methods of the sheet in composites waterproofing system. For these, various joint system were adapted and analyzed and examined the performance of them. The three main experimental program for joint system were planed, that is the interval and type of joint, reinforcing system by fibered material, and exposure conditions and kinds of waterproofing material. And the main item of evaluation for these system were consisted of tensile strength and elongation.
In conclusion, we can clarify that the strength of joint is effected by the type of joint, reinforcing material and kind of material. And we obtained a result that I type joint system was more effective and adaptable than overlapped system.
