| Abstract |
This research focuses on community life management in apartment management by becoming a matter of social concern about living quality and a communal society’s reinforcement in an apartment complex. The study has two phases from content analysis of newspaper article for prior apartment management in complex. First phase is what community life management has been focused in newspapers and second phase is what relationship has been had between content of community life management and physical attributes in prior apartment management. The result indicates that an ecological issue and a communal society’s reinforcement were given relatively higher than other issues, and community life management showed a yearly increase gradually. The issues of community life management were changed by the period 2002-2003, showing that the issues with basic community life, convenient facilities and frugal events during 2000-2002 were changed into the issues with leisure improvement, environmental management and public services during 2003-2005. |
