Abstract This study is to seek the direction toward architectural design education making tomorrow's architect, and to check out the preparations of UNESCO-UIA and developed countries like USA, UK, France, Germany and Japan. First in the future, knowledge and information society change rapidly. So education of 21century shall develop ability of integrity and how to learn as well as diversity, profession and media application. Second, higher education of five countries get toward excellence, expansion, quality assurance, mobility and specialization ready for the future society. Third, accreditation criteria and conditions comparing with future education criteria in UNESCO-UIA and five countries are reported to prepare to the future. Criteria about education goal, diversity, profession and media are prepared to good in all UNESCO-UIA and five countries. And criteria about integrity and how to learn are prepared to be good in UK and France, and are to be common in other countries. In coming age design education shall get toward developing the integral ability and learning ability by him or her self.
