Abstract The purpose of this study is to grope for a method planning of lighting to derive space perception that effects on users' availability and behavior in living room space.
The result of this study is as follows :
First, we could branch from space perception to be derived by 'human work light' of 6 kinds that 'extension', 'deeply', 'boundary', 'reiteration', 'center' and 'modeling'. Second, we know that space perception effects on users' utilize degree and utilize degree at living room space. so lighting is important factor to derive space perception. Third, it is need to derive space perception that 1 kind of 'architectural lighting' and 2 kinds of 'appliance of lighting'. Fourth, we proposed a method planning of lighting by collected kinds and position of lighting in < table 30 >. Though < table 30 >, we know that we should differently use kinds of 'architectural lighting' and 'appliance of lighting' to derive for space perception through arrangement of lighting to be selected. so we need to grope a technique of planning of lighting to enhance users' satisfaction and affordance.
