| Abstract |
The Output-specifications in BTL for Education Facilities are the most important requirements in BTL Process. But the Output-specifications are not enough to protect the reduction of building quality. So, the Output-specifications need more details and need the change of role. And the Concept Design Phase after input-step of the Output-specifications are suggested to locate before the notification phase for RFP to the public. The Design Development Phase propose to be performed by proponents after the public notification for RFP. |
