| Abstract |
The Decision Process of BTL is quite different with that of general design process. In BTL process, the decision can be made by the Proponents. The Proponents are Investors, Operation and Maintenance Companies, Construction Companies and Architectural Firms.
The Decision Process of the BTL Project in education facilities are depending on three major factors. These are 'Building Quality Factor', 'Limited Profit Factor' and 'Evaluation Factor'. Those Factors can grade problems which are appeared in Design progress. The gathering of grades on each factors can gives quick reference of decision-making. |
