| Abstract |
Now, Green Building Certification Criteria for Multi-unit residential building, Mixed-use dwellings, Office building and School are enforced, and Green Building Certification Criteria for Store and Hotel are under development. Although construction rate of the above 6 buildings is higher than that of other buildings, environmental performance assessment for other buildings needs to be considered.
The purpose of this study is to make Green Building Certification Criteria for other buildings except for Multi-unit residential building, Mixed-use dwellings, Office building, School, Store and Hotel, which is based on core items of Green Building Certification Criteria for the above 6 buildings. |
