Abstract The purpose of this study is to suggest a new model of 4-year curriculum, the modularization program, in architecture. The existing 4-year architectural program can be divided into two types, the one is synthetic program that combined architecture major with architectural engineering major, and the other is architecture program partially connected with educational accreditation system. However, both have been failed to embody satisfaction for student requests, supply and demand system of architectural market, and architectural program itself. In that context, this paper attempt to establish a new architectural program applied with the idea of modularization that can overcome existing problem and substitute existing 4-year curriculum.
