| Abstract |
The building would be deteriorated with time-elapse, influenced by many factors such as the building location, material characteristics, environment and so on. It should be repaired to get the decently working condition by the long-term repair plan which is made and considered with the repair time, scope and cost. The service life has a important role to make a long-term repair plan.
This paper aimed at providing the estimation method of the service life, utilizing the three kinds of statistical analysis with the building repair history. The analysis proceeds into 2 steps : First, it calculated the 1st repair time, resulted from the 3-types statistical analysis. Second, it considers the repair frequency and resulted the service life. Results of this paper shows that the service life in most of the finishings is about 20 years except for the paintings. The paintings is abut the 5 years which should consider the aesthetic aspect. In addition, results of this study can be effectively used to keep the working condition decent, considering building attributes. |
